"While the Board of Commissioners meeting on Nov. 16 will be held in person at The Charles Mack Citizen Center at 6 p.m., in order to comply with the latest Executive Order from Governor Roy Cooper and to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and N.C. DHHS, we strongly encourage residents to watch the meeting from home with our livestream," found here, the Town of Mooresville said. "Please note if you do plan to attend in person, masks will be required and social distancing guidelines and CDC recommendations will be followed," the town said. Cooper's statewide executive order, which went into effect Nov. 13, reduced the indoor gathering limit from 25 to 10.
