Q9 Property SOlutions is looking for a property inspector for the following address: 3515 Miller St APT D, Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Must have access to smartphone/camera and computer with a high speed internet connection. Job duties include but not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers - Visually inspecting interior and exterior of the property. - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and HVAC. - Taking pictures and video of property and uploading files to google drive or via email.
