PREP COOK NEEDED SUNDAY EVENING We are a small meal prep company located in Clairemont Mesa in need of an experienced prep cook Sunday from 5 pm - 11 pm. $16 per hour. Prep Cook Job Responsibilities: Perform routine kitchen tasks. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping produce Filling sauce containers Undertake basic cooking duties Plate meals in meal prep containers Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly Clean and sanitize surfaces Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Prep Cook Qualifications / Skills: Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen Knowledge of basic cooking techniques Organizational skills Patience Communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift heavy objects
