Missing tortoise

Our tortoise wandered off this past week. We live around the Gold Coast area near Wangenheim Middle School and Miramar College. We’re hoping he still may be in the area. His name is Franklin he’s a Sulcata tortoise and he is roughly about 15” or more in length and weighs around 50-60lbs. Please see the photos attached to this post.
