Description
Maintenance person needed for Marina/Mobilehome Park on the Delta. Full time position for qualified individual. You will be responsible for full maintenance of the park and marina. Landscaping, plumbing, light electrical, tree trimming, yard clean-up, carpentry, etc. Must be drug fee, and pass background check, and have valid California drivers license. Tuesday thru Saturday, 8-5. Some overtime may be required from time to time. Must have tools and preferably a truck. Self motivated applicants need only apply.
