Rehoming Orange Male Tabby

We are looking to rehome our 3 year old orange male tabby. He has always been an indoor cat, is neutered, and is up to date on his vaccines. We adopted him as a kitten and ever since we got our dog 2 years ago he just hasn't adjusted. He doesn't seem as happy as he once was and we think he'd do a lot better in a calmer home without a dog. He loves to cuddle and is very vocal and sweet, but is easily startled by sudden movements or loud noises. His ideal home would be without children or dogs (we aren't sure how he is with other cats as he hasn't been around them since his shelter days), with a slow paced person who loves to cuddle.
