Lotus West Properties is looking for a contractor to replace two sewer line connections at two of its commercial properties. The two properties reside in Santa Monica. We are only looking for a permitted and licensed contractor to replace a sewer line connection that runs from the property to the city connection. You will be working at two separate properties that are both on the same street. Those who apply must be licensed and permitted to operate on city property and with city line connections.
