Description

We are a commercial electrical contractor, in business over 20 years, and are looking to add to our team all levels of qualified electricians. Our office is based in Rocklin, with projects ranging throughout the greater Sacramento area. Duties and Responsibilities vary based on experience: • General understanding of electrical and code • Installation and repairs of electrical equipment and wiring • Troubleshooting and testing • Installation of boxes, conduit, M/C cable, and fixtures • Installation of underground PVC, pull boxes, and utility infrastructure • Perform other related duties as requested Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to read blueprints • Ability to use hand and power tools. • Knowledgeable in the use electrical meters and other tools and equipment. • Problem-solving skills • Reliable transportation Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. • Must be physically capable of pulling wire • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Employment Standards • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Planning, organizational and analytical skills • Ability to follow written and oral instructions • Maintain compliance with all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards • Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues
