GENERAL PURPOSE OF HOUSEKEEPER POSITION: To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for our tenants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clean the office, clubroom, and restrooms daily, which includes: o Vacuum o Dusting and polishing furniture o Clean the windows o Empty the waste baskets o Clean kitchen area, if applicable • Vacuum, dust, and touch-up clean model and show units daily. • Clean laundry rooms thoroughly, including the machines, floors, trash cans, and windows. Cleans out dryer vents. • Clean the make ready apartments for the day as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. • Touch-up, clean and freshen any move-ins for the following day. • Keep an inventory of cleaning materials and supplies. • Strong customer service • Maintain professional appearance at all times • Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE: • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance • Prioritization and time management skills • Working quickly without compromising quality • Knowledge of English language • High school degree or GED equivalent Sign on bonus of $1000 after 90 day probation period.
