PROWORKS STAFFING IS NOW HIRING! FACILITY MAINTENANCE/ CLEANING **Full Vaccination Required** Temp to Hire, General Facility Maintenance (cleaning) - City Of Industry CA. HOURS/ SHIFT: 1st Shift: Monday- Friday, 6AM- 2:30PM. Overtime may be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs routine Janitorial Maintenance for the operations in the plant and office. Clean and disinfect doors and common high touch area throughout the plant, offices, lunch room and restrooms (Covid-19 regulations) Observes Plant equipment to diagnosis their condition to evaluate and locate causes of trouble. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove, examine and replace defective parts. Tune or adjusts functional parts of equipment and controls. Installs upgrades or makes changes to plant equipment. Repairs electrical equipment. Enforces use of safety equipment. Plumbing experience is a PLUS Sit Down forklift experience EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and 3 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
