Groundskeeper/ handyman / maintenance for a 327 space mobile home park in Rowland Heights
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Generous compensation package after 60 days: health insurance, PTO, cell phone reimbursement
Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property common grounds in a clean and attractive condition. Reports to the Park Manager.
Duties:
Conduct daily inspection of all common areas.
Remove trash and debris.
Cleans restrooms, clubhouse, billiard, laundry room, streets and parking areas.
Trim trees and bushes, mow lawn, remove weeds.
Clean pool, jacuzzi, pool furniture and deck area daily.
Replace light bulbs and lighting fixtures.
Gas, electric and water meter reading.
May assist with emergency maintenance, such as plumbing or electrical issues.
Handyman skilled with a wide range of repairs.
Report any problems observed on the property.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
LICENSE
Valid driver's license required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Knowledge of proper operation of grounds maintenance tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must constantly stand, walk, bend, must be able to remember simple task assignments.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The work is primarily outdoors.
