I married one of my HS sweethearts and have been married for 28 years. I own a home that is paid off. I own commercial property with nearly half a million of equity in it that provides positive monthly income. I have no car payments. I have a huge investment account that I started in my mid 20's I own my ow business with 2 full time employees and I personally work less than 20 hours per week. I hike, surf, go for a bike ride every single day. I have two grown kids that are healthy and happy. A pool in the back yard. Not a care in the world. I have not worked a 40 hour week in over a decade. Who ever said you need to go to college to be successful. I never finished the 11th grade. I am living the American dream while most others seem to be chasing debt. I could not be more grateful of how my life is unfolding. Not sure how I got so lucky.
