-Scooby is an old soul. - He was rescued starving on the streets of Tijuana Mexico. - Two of the smaller dogs at the shelter have grown attached to him. - He walks around and protecting the other two. It’s really the site to see. - He deserves a home and a family of his own. He is still at our shelter in Tijuana, but we do have transport to anywhere in Southern California. - He has been fixed, vaccinated, wormed, and fully vetted. - He is no spring chicken but makes up with it with the love he will give you.
