Description
Looking for a drummer and bass player to join an indie-folk group (guitars, pedal steel, accordion, and layered vocals). Many of the songs have an Americana/country-folk vibe (TVZ, EmmyLou Harris, John Prine), while others are more off-kilter, dipping into other genres, and drifting ever so slightly toward the dark and weird. People who have a deep love of rootsy music, but also enjoy playing with sounds and experimentation are ideal! Having a good feel is more important than perfect technical chops. People with recording experience and an ear for production, are a plus. We work collaboratively and have a sizable collection of songs that are ready for a rhythm section, demo recording, and gigs.
