Busy and expanding legal services provider needs a person with general handyman experience. Qualities that we are seeking include: Reliable, ability to follow procedures and directions, ability to handle physical workload including lifting ( approximately 25 pounds). We need someone to assist in organization and cleanup of the office space and garage. Small repair work needed, as well as the ability to assist with the fleet of cars, when needed. General office work may include: file organization, changing lightbulbs, ensuring that the building is maintained, sanitary, in good repair and free from hazards. Maintaining company equipment and ensuring that it is properly serviced, clean and in good working order and condition.
