Rehoming 10gal with Fish

I've got a 10 gallon tank with 1 betta, 3 corydoras, and some snails (the fish cohabitate very well). I'm moving states and haven't been able to care for the animals as much as I wanted to anymore. The tank has a good bit of algae, a lot of ramshorn snails (which I suggest getting rid of), and comes with a LOT of supplies. The stuff will come as is and everything must go. Some items included; working heater, thermometer, filter, water testing kit, extra decorations including some small wood, lava rocks, live plants, some fake rocks and wood. And there's probably more. The tank already has sand substrate, live plants, and some other decorations, but you can definitely change it around. The asked rehoming fee is $50 and must be picked up. I do suggest only someone with a bit of aquatic knowledge get this, just because I'd prefer it go to someone with more knowledge than me!
