Personal Assistant to Music Talent- Bend Oregon Monday through Friday, general hours are roughly 9am – 6pm with availability for travel and touring – LA as well as across US MUST be vaccinated MUST have good driving record and can pass clean background check 65K plus Benefits Seeking an experienced personal assistant to assist a very busy traveling AA level music talent. MUST be able to provide over all support to the talent, the family and work closely with a super kind and down to earth but action oriented House manager. The ideal candidate is a true “can do” individual who can keep pace in an ever changing environment – and MOST of all is discreet, trustworthy but truly a “task attacking” person. Management ever changing calendar/schedule. Daily briefing of each days schedule. Checking off items on various do lists. Responsible for setting reservations, appointments. Assist with some travel management ; work with business managers for touring dates etc. Stocking house and running various errands for individual or family or the home Make sure that gifts are bought and handled with the principal for bdays and holidays etc. Manage and update contacts for the principal as well as vendors for the home Manage packing for the road and ensure that the principal as all of their needs Will be Tech savvy – and know all devices, uploading/downloading, social media Poised and polished to be able to be around higher level business team
