LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION INSTALLER Graton’s Custom Landscaping has dedicated 30 years to creating exceptional landscapes and irrigation solutions. We are currently expanding our landscape construction crew and are looking for the right person to embark on a career as a Landscape Construction Installer. This position calls for a dynamic individual with some experience in site grading, heavy equipment operation, excavation, irrigation installation and repair, planting, and working with ponds, water features, and retaining walls. The starting pay range is $16.00 - $22.00 an hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with great benefits after a short probationary period. Requirements: • Experience in landscape construction projects (including soil preparation and placement, grading/excavation, trenching, planting, irrigation system installation, ponds and water features, paths and patios, retaining walls, and low voltage lighting.) • Ability to lift 60 or more pounds and perform vigorous physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Current Oregon Driver’s License in good standing. • Punctuality with an ability to start working in early morning hours (7 a.m) • A professional personal appearance and pleasant demeanor. • Ability to pass drug screen, including marijuana.
