Oregon is rampant with violent crime. Most of it is related to drugs. Now the cartels have gotten to government. They passed a law prohibiting the use of mugshots...not because they are ashamed, it's so their enemies won't know that said person was dealing on their turf. Same with marijuana. The goal was to reduce the overhead of law enforcement and courts, when in FACT it increased the costs due to black market importation and illegal marijuana grows. The state had to spend $25000000 to combat this. Completely out of hand. Repeal 91 and 110
