Need an AC person to install 2 AC systems

I am getting gauged by the large HVAC companies. I will buy 2 4-ton AC/heating systems and would like to find someone to install them. You must pull the permit with the city of LR. I am willing to pay reasonable installation cost. This is a very old house that needs to be install almost from scratch (ducts, vents, etc). The total area of the house is 3100SQF. 2 stories. Some old duct has been ran under the crawl space. I am happy to show the house to whomever wants to see it before giving me a quote, but please have the professional courtesy of GIVING ME A QUOTE or tell me you'll pass on the job. Once again, I will provide the system and the accessories, you will provide the labor.
