Rugar is a one y/o AKC registered blue heeler. We rescued him from a sketchy situation but we do not have the space nor time for him. He is not nurtured. He is still a puppy and requires a lot of time and attention. All interested need knowledge on this breed- blue healers are WORKING DOGS. Rugar is free to a good home and for a family who can provide a home with the stimulation and love that he needs and deserves❤️ he’s a good boy and knows all of his basic commands, good with children and cats but is slightly dog reactive.
