We are seeking qualified civil construction laborers to join our team. This position is for highly motivated, safety-minded individuals who enjoy working outside in a fast pasted environment. Required Skills and Experience - 1-2 years’ experience in civil construction - Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record - Must be detail oriented and safety minded - Physically capable of lifting or moving 60 lbs - Must be punctual, dependable and a team player - Good communication skills and ability to take instruction from supervisors Responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Assist in demolition and building projects, checking grade, running hand operated compaction equipment, shoveling, raking, installing erosion control materials - Operate walk-behind compaction equipment, jumping jacks and other handheld power tools - Assist operators with site development and underground utility installation from the ground We offer competitive wages and benefits.
