iPro Building Services a regional janitorial company is hiring for a Janitorial Night Supervisor! Job Description: The Janitorial Night Supervisor will be in charge of orchestrating the night operations for Hermiston, Boardman, Umatilla, Pendleton and the Tri-Cities. This position will work out of our Hermiston, OR office. * Maintain contract specifications * Maintain service quality to client and the company * Order janitorial supplies * Hire and train employees * Perform job counseling and issue employee discipline as necessary * Check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports * Assign tasks to employees * Fill in for absent employees * Perform nightly inspections * Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees * Determine materials, supplies and equipment needs Job Requirements: * Two years of supervisory experience and managing employees * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) * Good communication skills both written and verbal * Must be bi-lingual * Must have a clean driving record (to be able to drive company vehicle) This is a full time, year round position.
