Job description: Ignite Entertainment is a dynamic hospitality group based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We're now hiring a Facilities Manager to ensure that all thirteen facilities are fully operational, and all utilities are functioning properly every day. The Facilities Manager will additionally schedule, conduct and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment, as needed. This person will foster a professional work environment, maintain excellent communication between owners, leadership, and teams, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Oversee security of all buildings and grounds - Perform routine maintenance on facilities as needed - Prepare and maintain facilities for changing weather conditions - Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas - Inspect and repair electrical, HVAC and plumbing services - Managing janitorial duties - Managing waste disposal systems - Have the ability to secure necessary permits - Collaborating with owner and upper management to set up systems and budgeting for facilities needs About Ignite Entertainment: Ignite Entertainment has redeveloped, renovated, and designed thirteen restaurant, bar, and coffee shop destinations in the Cincinnati-metro area.
