This is challenging because I need to be modest but sell myself to a good fit. I have at least every bit of the ten thousand hours they say it takes to master something. I’ve always been in everyone’s top 3 of whom they played with ( I hate saying that but I put in the time and eat, sleep, and breathed it). Tell me the chords and I’m ready to go with the show including jazz standards. I’ve gone through all of the stages (including overplaying). I’ve played with so many different musicians over the years ( I’m 37 ). I’ve owned my main bass for 20 years. I love all the music the world has in it. I have a high energy and humor; most people like me. There are many different musical situations that would suite me, I would love to hear about yours. Even though I’m trying to sell myself right here I started with less ego than most and I shed more and more of it all the time. I play bass a lot better than I write essays/paragraphs.
