An established commercial, industrial & residential painting company is seeking a reliable and honest individual to perform general maintenance work in and around a paint shop warehouse. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Completing daily work assignments timely and accurately • Daily/weekly inventory audits of materials, sundries & equipment to determine adequate levels are in stock avoiding shortages and excesses. • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop • Safely operating maintenance equipment • Ensure tools and equipment are clean and free of any mechanical defects for safe operation • Assist Owners and Supervisors when needed (running errands) material ordering • Errand running and material ordering, as needed • Adhere to Company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements. • Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements Job qualifications should include: • A Valid & current Driver License • Being a detail-oriented, team player with knowledge of the painting businesses preferred • Multitask • The ability to multitask • Excellent organizational, communication & customer service skills Please submit your contact information, resume, or detailed work experience/history
