Company Name: Spectro Alloys Position Title: Production Worker Location: Rosemount, MN JOB DESCRIPTION SCHEDULE: • 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday • 1st Shift: 5 am – 1 pm, 2nd Shift: 1 pm – 9 pm; Overnight Shift: 5 pm – 1 am, • Additional shift schedules are available including weekends WAGES: • Starting wage is $20.00/hr for Days and $21.30/hr for Overnights • Opportunities for overtime • Productivity Bonus Incentive! $3/hr additional is guaranteed within the first 90-days After 90 days, up to $6/hr additional for reaching production goals JOB DUTIES: • Manually stack aluminum ingots weighing 28 pounds each • Inspect finish product to ensure quality standards are met • Accurately weigh, record, mark and band finished product to customer specifications • Safely operate a forklift to transport finished product to trailers or warehouse • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of production equipment • Assist maintenance personnel as directed during adverse conditions or line malfunctions • Wear all required personal protective equipment and clothing • Work safely around moving equipment and hot metal • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times • Perform other job duties as required or requested QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent attendance is required • Ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screen • Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds frequently • Positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Must be able to work extended periods of time in heat and cold as dictated by outside temperatures • Forklift experience preferred, but not required • High school diploma or GED equivalent BENEFITS: • Excellent benefits package includes: • Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance • Paid Time Off, including your Birthday! • Paid holidays • 401(K) with match • Annual clothing allowance and much more!
