cat eye lid cyst help

I adopted a older spayed female cat and she developed a cyst on her eyelid that seems to be getting bigger. Can someone give me tips on how to treat this or know of someone who can? I was a Medic in the Army and know that this should be a inexpensive fix but the most places in Annapolis want your first born and more. Thanks for your help.
