We are hiring an additional person to join our property care team. This will be working for a local family & business based out of Boulder. This position will include working at several locations in and around Boulder. Work Hours 10am-4pm with shifts available 7 days a week. Flexibility to work as little or as much as you want. We generally wrap up our projects earlier than 4pm and we keep any weekend shift as short as possible. Reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass a background check. Duties can include but are not limited to: Regular cleaning - residential 2-3 times per week (2 Airbnb Properties) Gardening Laundry Painting Job site clean up Interior staging Organization projects Our team culture is one that is very fun and easy to work in. The management at the company provides snacks, drinks and meals for special occasions or when working on long projects. We work in teams at various locations but have our own work areas to complete tasks in. We keep all of our properties very clean. All team members are given full access to the tools and supplies they need to work efficiently. Starting pay $18/hour Additional increases based on performance and reliability, we really value workers we can count on and reward trustworthy and reliable staff members.
