Handyman Electrician Wanted Asap! I am looking for a qualified, experienced, Handyman that understands and has experience with carpentry, framing, electrical, plumbing, and installation of appliances. Items to be completed: 1. Install bedroom closet doors (2) 2. Install bedroom closet racks (2) 3. Frame bedroom closet overhead (2) 4. Replace light switch box bathroom (1) 5. Install ceiling fan living room (1) 6. Install dishwasher outlet 7. Install dishwasher 8. Install microwave outlet in upper cabinet 9. Install over the range microwave 10. Install gas stove 11. Replace basement hall stairwell light switch (1) 12. Fix back hall light electrical short 13. Replace basement light switch over washer/dryer 14. Run electrical wire to exterior garage lights from inside garage 15. Tighten/secure basement stairs 16. Fix bowing laminate flooring by front door 17. Separate electrical bathroom fan and light switch 18. Install front porch posts 19. Install “Vinyl wood trim” or wood trim around exterior windows – color white The pay for labor is $1280 total labor for the project. This breaks down to around $40 per hour. Which seems more than fair for this type of gig. Budgeting for around 4 days. Must have valid drivers license and pass criminal background check. Must have all tools, transportation, able to pick up materials if needed. Must be willing to work. Must have experience with references to prove it!
