Sewage Clean Up Needed

I just discovered that I have a broken sewer pipe in a rental property that is going into the crawlspace. I am looking for a clean-up crew to clean up the crawlspace. Unfortunately, this is not an insurance claim and I am looking for a cost effective way to get this done. The building area is about 2500 sqft, the area with the sewage is about 300sqft. We will need new Visqueen for most or all the crawlspace. Thanks,
