Experience is a must but not a deal breaker. You must know all phaese of roughs, finals, power washing and recleans. Please have the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, must have a 24' ladder for high windows and 2700-3300 psi power. Please have a clean professional apparence or do not bother.
