Liberty Seal Coat is looking to hire FLORIDA RESIDENTS with 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE in asphalt maintenance and or painting experience ready to make a move. With this experience comes competitive pay and a possible sign on bonus. We are also looking to hire laborers, no experience needed will train. Potential to earn high wages and promotions. Job Duties and Requirements but not limited to Drive company vehicles as directed Operate various types of equipment and machinery associated with this job description Painting by various application methods, including rolling, spraying, hand cutting etc. Operating commercial sealcoating spray unit Operating line striping equipment Clean and sweep asphalt Pressure clean asphalt Prep oil spots Fill cracks Hand work areas inaccessible to machine Maintain the job site in a neat and organized manor Help maintain traffic control devices Must be able to operate a hand broom, blower, hand squeegee and do shield work and barricade setup and teardown Lift 50 (+-) pounds Twist from side to side Push and pull heavy objects Stand for long periods of time Walk long distances Work without limitations in extremely hot conditions Bending over Climb into truck and climb ladders on truck Special projects as needed Perform other assigned tasks related to facility maintenance This is an immediate job opening. Driving Requirements You will need to have an insurable driving record which we will have pulled to verify and reliable transportation. Persons who show responsibility consistently will be compensated accordingly we are looking to build a strong team of workers that work well together to get the job done right. Pre-employment checks include reference checks, criminal background, drug testing and review of DMV records if for a driving position.
