Responsible 30yo looking for young cat/kitten. Located in SE Portland in a 1 bedroom apartment with pets allowed. Could potential end up in a home with my partners two cats 1 male/1 female 3-4 years old at a later date. No kids. Understand rehoming fees however would like to put money towards pet rent/insurance/vet bills over spending a lot upfront. Thanks!
