We find gorgeous homes in the most desirable locations and bring individuals together to create vibrant and dynamic communities. We curate each of our home’s feel with a custom communal furniture package, set up and manage all utilities and wifi and provide monthly housekeeping services.
We’re removing the hassle from moving and everyday living, and providing an affordable product that helps people to feel at home, together.
Join our community! We’re looking for a Community Manager with an entrepreneur mindset to help us grow our community. This position is a 3 month contract with the possibility to extend to a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who is a student or works from home that is flexible that needs free rent and wants to earn commission on each leased room.

The Community Manager will post ads online and interact with prospective tenants.
You are handy and can fix small common items
Schedule tours and show the available rooms and properties. Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new residents and provide post-move-in support when required.

Foster and maintain community relationships and initiatives.
Make sure the property is clean and tidy
Assist in acquiring new properties in the area
Represent the voice of the resident to provide input into product, marketing, and sales processes.
Requirments:
Must be good with sales!
Must have Facebook marketplace and comfortable using it
Must be someone who is on-time and capable
