Do you need to get your employees, staff, students and their family members tested for Covid-19? Does your facility need Covid-19 Vaccines or Flu Shots? We are a medical clinic that offers mobile Covid-19 Testing, Vaccines and Flu Shots. We can come out to your location once a week (or as desired) and perform these services with Nothing Out Of Pocket for your members, employees and their family members (with or without Medical Insurance). Testing and Services: Covid-19 Testing (Rapid Antigen and PCR Tests) Vaccines (1st, 2nd and Booster Shots) Flu Shots (If insurance doesn't cover it, there is a 25 out of pocket for Flu shots) Requirements: 30 or more employees, students or staff getting tested. A picture ID is required (State Issued ID or Driver's License, Passport, Government Issued ID, Military etc.) If employee is insured, we need a picture ID and their Insurance Card present at time of testing. This is a community outreach program. There is no cost for us to come out to your school, academy, business, club, group or organization.
