Cyclone Door Service LLC is looking to hire Commercial and Residential Door Technicians & Installers. We are currently based out of San Tan Valley, AZ but we are looking to relocate our shop to the West Valley area very soon. Why Cyclone Door Service? Position: • Door Technician General Information: • Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour and could be more, depending on experience. • Must be available to work full time, overtime, and weekends • Must be available to be ‘on-call’. ‘On Call’ hours: Mon. -Fri. from 4:00pm-12:00am and Sat. and Sun. from 7:00am-12:00am. Will discuss further during interview. Job Responsibilities • Service, repair, replace and install commercial and residential entrance doors, door hardware, gates, roll up doors, drive thru windows, storefronts and more. Experience with automatic doors and access controls is a plus but not necessary • Find opportunities to upsell and quote products and services to customers • Always maintain a safe working environment • Ensure that the jobsite is clean and clear of debris • Fill out paperwork and a work order form after each job Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Mechanically & technically inclined • Troubleshooting experience • Good customer service skills • Has an open mind to make things work Job Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Good Driving Record • Successful completion of references, employment verifications • Background Check • Drug Screen • Physical ability to lift up to 80lbs independently • Ability to bend, climb and stand for an extended amount of time • Must wear all provided PPE when required such as safety glasses, gloves, face masks, etc. • Experience with small motors and hand tools • Must purchase and wear steel toed boots while always working • Well groomed, no extended hair that can cause harm while operating tools and machinery • No visible tattoos while working • Must present to work with a clean uniform daily • Company shirts while be provided upon hire and must be always worn while working, along with regular, straight leg jeans (no holes or tears). • After 30 days, official work uniforms will be issued.
