HOUSEKEEPING/CONCOURSE COORDINATOR MarketPlace PHL, LLC is the private partner with the City of Philadelphia in the redevelopment of the award-winning PHL Food & Shops program within the Philadelphia International Airport. The program includes more than 170 shops and restaurants that service 30 million visitors to Philadelphia annually. MarketPlace PHL is seeking Concourse Coordinators to join our our seasoned custodial team in servicing the food and shops at the Philadelphia International Airport. Concourse Coordinators provide critical trash removal and bussing services to maintain the Food Courts and retails areas of the airport. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of custodial, housekeeping or similar experience preferred. • Some knowledge of housekeeping and floor care preferred. • Proven ability to stand & walk for an entire shift, lift up to 30 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds. This position involves walking and standing more than 75% of the time, working a non-traditional and varied schedule including early morning, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during severe weather situations.
