We are seeking self-motivated, reliable candidates with knowledge of cleaning processes, tools, chemicals to maintain the cleanliness of assigned account(s) along with strong leadership and management skills. Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing on-the-job training, supervision, and management of service representatives and maintaining quality assurance standards - Will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory of supplies and ensuring equipment is working properly - Must be able to identify and address any areas of improvement with appropriate personnel in a timely and professional manner. - Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition - Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, trash removal, dusting, and cleaning restrooms - Organize custodial closets and spaces - Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: - 5+ years of management experience preferred - 5+ years experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields - Strong leadership / management skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to handle physical workload - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Reliable transportation and must be able to pass a background check. Our Day time Janitorial Positions require availability, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Our Evening time Janitorial Positions require availability, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
