Day porter for office building in Lakewood NJ Monday thru Friday (8 hours per day) $17/hr Qualifications: - The ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior experience working as a Janitor, Cleaner, or Porter in an office building or similar environment that requires good hospitality and customer service skills. - Hands on experience with a majority of the above duties - Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals Primary responsibilities are: Cleaning/mopping Bathrooms and take out trash. Vacuuming building hallways, mopping entryways and lobbies. Keeping the grounds & dumpster areas clean, neat, and litter-free. Candidate must be willing to deal with any issues and light maintenance that arise throughout the day
