Lotus West Properties is looking for someone to remove and replace existing asphalt at a residential property.
1. Remove Loose areas of asphalt only and dispose
2. Blow clean entire area and prep for tack binder
3. Overlay asphalt with tack binder for asphalt install
4. Fill pothole and large openings with hot asphalt
5. Install 1.5" of hot asphalt and machine compact
6. Restripe area to the existing layout
