Pacesetter Personnel is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Labor Staffing Dispatcher to join our team in Central East Austin. The schedule is Monday-Friday 11am-6pm with rotating weekend hours as needed for events. Schedule Flexibility is a must. Responsibilities: Handing out job assignments End of day ticket pay out Attention to detail to watch for forgeries Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job site staff drop off and pick up Answer phones and respond to emails. Skills Needed To Be Successful In This Position: Must be honest and have integrity Customer service oriented with the ability to diffuse difficult situations Ability to multi-task Must be able to work with a very diverse population such as low income, homeless and others Some basic computer experience is a must Additional Requirements: High school diploma/GED Must be able to work a schedule that includes alternating evenings and weekends. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. Must have a background check free of theft or violence of any kind Must have reliable transportation.
