Loving cat looking for a purrfect home

This beautiful boy, is still a spry young kitten at 10 months old. We had a talk with him about getting neutered, he meow'd to us that I should have done it when he was a mere 8 weeks old. He's the most lovable cat. He wants to be by your side and get all the attention (my poor kids wonder if they've been replaced), he is litter trained, and of course like most cats, will respond to kitty even though he has a name. He unfortunately needs to find a new home since we have a new landlord who has decided no pets (we've had him since he was a kitten and someone who was allowed to have a dog that thinks wood tastes like pupperoni ruined it for all of us). We are sad to let him go, but want the best humans for him as possible. He wanted me to tell you all, he needs someone who has endless hours to pet him (what a clingy cat).
