Looking for a dependable, reliable and flexible part time concierge to work various shifts when needed (Tuesdays and Thursdays 3pm to 11pm, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, overnights, fill-in). Perfect for a retiree. Full background check required. Will train the right person. Duties include but not limited to observing security monitors, opening doors for residents, helping residents load and unload groceries, etc., accepting packages, handling resident requests, etc.. Must have a friendly and pleasing personality. Will not consider any candidates with a full time job. Pay is $13 per hour. No phone calls. Please submit your resume.
