We've created a list of things to do in Sandy Springs this December to make the most of the season. Visit the Sparkle Village The Sparkle Village is an outdoor light display at City Springs. It features tiny houses lovingly decorated with fun holiday themes by local businesses and organizations. With twinkling lights on the house and trees, a giant Christmas tree and a Menorah, there are endless photo opportunities! Make a holiday craft at The Sipping Plant The Sipping Plant is a craft studio that offers classes where you can make your own string art and terrariums. They have several holiday themed projects that will make great décor for your home. They also offer DIY Craft Kits that you can make at home or gift to someone special. See a holiday movie at The Springs Cinema and Taphouse Springs Cinema has continued its popular drive-in movie series even as the temperature has dropped. Stay warm inside your car, order food straight to your window, and enjoy classic holiday movies like Elf and Die Hard. Springs Cinema is also showing a variety of new movies inside their theater, which features heated reclining seats! Attend Santa's Village at Pontoon Brewing Pontoon is hosting a Christmas-themed version of their popular Trunk-or Treat event to provide guests with a socially-distanced alternative to their annual pictures with Santa. Sign up to decorate your car with holiday décor to help bring Santa's Village to life! The event is on Dec. 18 and admission is $10. Participants that decorate a car and pay admission will receive a four-pack of PB&J Sooper Froot and a $20 bar tab for draft beer. Shop small at local stores Sandy Springs is home to many wonderful small businesses. You're sure to find a gift for everyone on your list at one of these great local businesses. We've even created a gift guide to help you out! Grab a drink at a holiday popup bar at The Select or {three} sheets Who doesn't love a festive themed drink? There are two holiday popup bars in Sandy Springs this winter, at The Select and {three} sheets. Grab a delicious cocktail and snap some Instagram worthy photos.
