Description

This position is the day to day maintenance of a manufactured housing community. Must live in or near Groveland FL. Work is primarily outside and requires a reasonable amount of physical abilities to perform many of the required tasks. Part time 4 - 5 hours per day. Must be dependable, self-motivated, team oriented. Preventative maintenance, buildings maintenance, knowledge of basic electrical repair and maintenance, safe driving record and driver's license, be in good physical condition (able to lift 50 lbs.). Examples of work: Maintain exterior of buildings, interior maintenance and cleaning, maintain common areas, shrubs and recreational facilities. Spray, fertilize application as needed. Trimming and/or removal of trees within the park as needed. Repair of water and sewer lines as needed. Keep shop and all other work areas clean. Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
