Found: Small black and white cat

This cat showed up at our workshop on I-45. It is a small black and white cat with a pinkish collar with a bell on it. The collar has no name or number to contact. The cat seems young and friendly, and I think she's fixed. Contact if you think this is your cat, no reward expected.
