Job description:
Effectively work with a crew on installing palms, trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation, lighting, sod, mulch, rock, pavers. Driving a truck/trailer and using equipment. Troubleshooting irrigation and low voltage lighting.
Requirements:
Must have 12 months in landscape construction experience.
Must have clean Florida drivers license.
Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work (South Tampa)
Must pass drug test and background check.
Must be able to clearly communicate in person with clients and using a smart phone.
Seeking a serious candidate, not a job hopper. Prefer someone with knowledge of Florida plants.
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 6:15am arrive at shop, 6:45am depart for job site, 2pm – 4pm return to shop and unload.
Compensation plan:
$250 cash signing bonus after 1 full week of work
$46,000 annual salary with one week paid vacation/sick leave (or $21/hr)
6 month evaluation and 12 month evaluation will be given for performance review
