We’re hiring for different levels of experience to start IMMEDIATELY! ☀ Grounds Keeper/Porters: Entry-level position : Maintain apartment community's grounds, assist maintenance team and address common areas via janitorial and lawn care tasks. ✪ Make Ready Technicians: Prepare vacant units for move in including, but not limited to, minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc. 🔨 Non-Certified Maintenance Technicians: Responsible for completing service requests in apartments (plumbing, electric, and appliance repair). They will also assist with punching apartments and maintaining grounds. 🔧 Certified Maintenance Technicians: HVAC Certification Required. Responsible for emergency/unscheduled repairs to apartment homes/common areas (plumbing, electric, AC, Appliances, etc). Maintenance Technicians also perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, punch units, and maintain grounds. All positions require candidate to have reliable transportation. Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
