Full Time Position Responsibilities include: -Perform daily general clean up of all areas of buildings and grounds as directed -Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders -Remove garbage from ground and hallways -Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests -Ensure vacant units are properly cleaned for showings and move ins -The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible and self-motivated -Assist Maintenance as needed. Experience: 2+ years janitorial experience High school diploma/GED required Willingness to work weekends Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary *Equal Opportunity Employer* Experience and references required.
